Gold Ghost is a mysterious brand inspired by the sailing shipwrecks found throughout California’s waterways. This 2024 Zinfandel is sourced from Dry Creek Valley, where gravelly soils force vines to root deeply, naturally concentrating the flavors. Our winemakers utilized a combination of valley floor fruit for plushness and hillside fruit for spice and complexity. A measured use of French and American oak barrels adds cocoa and vanilla nuances, resulting in a wine that is full-bodied and structured. This is a vibrant, “impress-your-friends” wine meant for special occasions or an evening before an art show.
