The stainless steel maintains freshness, while the subtle oxygen exchange from the puncheons adds depth and a refined, lingering finish.
Vintage The 2024 vintage offered ideal conditions for crafting a white blend of nuance and finesse. A cool, steady spring led to even flowering, while moderate summer temperatures allowed for slow, balanced ripening. Harvested in early September, the fruit arrived with vibrant aromatics and pristine natural acidity. Careful aging on the lees in both stainless steel and large-format oak barrels captured the vintage’s hallmark combination of freshness and layered complexity.
