This cheerful wine comes from the scenic island of Sicily, where the locals have been making wine for thousands of years. It is amazing to think that the sun-soaked hillsides where vines thrive today are the same slopes that produced wine when Caesar ruled Rome. This history is possible not only because of the country’s love of wine but also due to the remarkable influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
